Utah HVAC Connect is operated by Apex Lead Group, LLC (“we,” “us”), which runs a matchmaking / lead-generation service that connects Utah homeowners with licensed HVAC contractors. We are not an HVAC contractor, do not perform HVAC work, and do not provide quotes.
Information we collect
When you submit a match request, we may collect:
- Service details (type, urgency, optional system age)
- Location (ZIP, optional city)
- Whether you are the homeowner
- Contact info (first name, last name, mobile, email)
- Preferred contact window
- TCPA / SMS consent status and timestamp
We do not ask for date of birth, income, Social Security number, payment card details, or utility account numbers.
How we use information
- To match you with licensed HVAC contractors serving your area
- To allow those contractors to contact you about your request (with your consent)
- To operate, improve, and secure our service
- To respond to inquiries from homeowners or contractor partners
Sharing with contractors
When you submit a request and provide consent, we share your request details with one or more licensed HVAC contractors so they can call or text you about that request. We do not sell leads to non-HVAC marketers for unrelated promotions.
Do Not Sell / Share (stub)
Do Not Sell My Personal Information. Depending on applicable law (including state privacy statutes), “sale” or “sharing” may include disclosing personal information for valuable consideration. Lead matching may fall under those definitions.
To exercise Do Not Sell / Share or other privacy rights, email hello@lendifi.io with the subject “Privacy Request” and enough detail for us to locate your information. SMS / calls
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that licensed HVAC contractors may call or text you about your request at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP to the sender.
