Our service
We are a lead-matching service. We pass homeowner requests to licensed Utah HVAC contractors. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform HVAC work, give quotes, or dispatch technicians.
Contractors are independent
Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or partners in any legal sense. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.
No warranty on contractor work
We make no warranty about the quality, safety, timeliness, pricing, or results of any contractor’s work. The site is provided “as is.”
No guarantee of a match
We don’t guarantee that any contractor will respond to or accept your request.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or from any contractor’s services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
